Muscle Makeover
A comprehensive approach to treating muscle pain and dysfunction. Using Coaching the Body (TM) techniques, it integrates Thai massage (compression and stretching) and trigger point massage to relieve chronic pain, rehab injuries, increase range of motion and flexibility, and improve sports and exercise performance. The sessions focus on re-balancing the primary muscles causing pain to restore full range of motion and greatly reduce or eliminate pain in as little as one to two sessions in some cases. You remain fully clothed and the massage is performed on a mat on the floor. - 90 minute session.
Postural Assessment
A thorough assessment in which the massage therapist looks for any potential perpetuating factors of dysfunction. These can include hyper-pronation, a leg length discrepancy, a hemipelvis discrepancy, and anterior or posterior pelvic tilt. The massage therapist will then recommend appropriate corrections based on findings. - 30 minute session.
